The newly renovated rooms were very nice, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a romantic escape. the presence of a Starbucks in the lobby was a convenient and enjoyable perk.
The air conditioning would often cut out in the middle of the night, which was quite annoying. the property seemed a bit dated compared to newer hotels in the area.

the exclusive amenities were truly luxurious, especially the spa and wellness center. We enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. the massage we received was rejuvenating, and the steam room was fantastic. the sun terrace and garden area were beautiful and a great place to relax. We loved the in, room breakfast, and the restaurant and bar/lounge area were first, rate.
The only minor issue we encountered while staying at this hotel was finding the light switches in the room. There were many of them, and it took us a while to figure out which switch controlled which light.

The room was quiet and comfortable, with a comfortable mattress and pillows. The executive lounge had excellent service, and the food and beverage quality was very good. The hotel is conveniently located near Hongqiao airport and is close to shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Bund.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, even in the rooms facing the courtyard. the temperature in the gym was uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to exercise comfortably.
